How do I prepare for class?

New Students MUST arrive a minimum of 15-20 minutes prior to the start of class in order to register and sign in

  • Do not eat 2-3 hours prior to class.
  • Hydrate BEFORE class.  Drinking too much water in class increases nausea.
  • Wear snug fitting athletic wear such as sports tops, exercise shorts, leotards or swimwear.  
  • Avoid bulky clothing such as sweats or heavy t-shirts*.
  • Bring a yoga mat, large towel, and water bottle**.

*Proper yoga attire available for purchase.
**Yoga mats, towels and water are available for rent or purchase.
